Being one of the largest environmental laboratories in Sweden we have an extensive customer base, and appreciate that our customers are the single most important part of our business. The pressures on our customers are high and we pride ourselves in providing the best food laboratory service, offering much more than just results.

To ensure customers are kept happy and up to date with our continually evolving service, we have a friendly and efficient customer services team based at each of our laboratories. The team is responsible for ensuring all aspects of our service are delivered as agreed and each customer services and laboratory has full autonomy to provide a tailored service. From setting up new contracts to arranging ad-hoc collections, customer services are always there to help, whatever the query. Pro-active contact with customers is made on a regular basis to ensure we are exceeding service expectations and gain feedback on any new customer requirements.
