Being one of the largest food testing services in the UK we have an extensive customer base, and appreciate that our customers are the single most important part of our business. The pressures on our customers are high and we pride ourselves in providing the best food laboratory service, offering much more than just results.
We have a friendly and professional Account Management team who work closely with our clients to ensure that the agreed service standards are monitored and achieved. They keep abreast of all of the latest trends and developments in the market, passing on help and guidance to both existing and new clients.
Working closely with both customers and the laboratories, our Technical Sales Managers ensure that your experience is one of dedicated service and competence right from the start. Once on board, you can expect frequent communication as we like to continually monitor our service levels. Our Technical Sales Managers will continue to make both pro-active and reactive visits to customer sites to further help with and secure long term customer satisfaction.
To ensure customers are kept happy and up to date with our continually evolving service, we have a friendly and efficient customer services team based at each of our laboratories. The team is responsible for ensuring all aspects of our service are delivered as agreed and each customer services and laboratory has full autonomy to provide a tailored service. From setting up new contracts to arranging ad-hoc collections, customer services are always there to help, whatever the query. Pro-active contact with customers is made on a regular basis to ensure we are exceeding service expectations and gain feedback on any new customer requirements.
The service package is further supported by the Technical Account Manager, responsible for the technical interface between customers and the laboratories. They are the 'voice of the customer' within our operation and an important link which ensures that each part of our business is accurately reflecting the testing requirements of each of our customers.
