Conference on Integrated River Basin Management under the Water Framework Directive (WFD)

This international conference will review technical challenges faced by Member States, stakeholder organisations and scientists,while developing the first River Basin Management Plan under the Water Framework Directive (WFD). Prof. Clive Thompson, Chief Scientist at ALcontrol Laboratories UK is Secretary of the organisation Committee as he also was during the first edition of this event in 2007 held in Lille. Almost 300 delegates from over 30 countries attended.
